Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

f your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at info@inner10.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
